Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

To request a return or exchange, please send an email to orders@coverware.com and include a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase, and provide an explanation of the request to return or exchange.  Please note, only orders purchased directly from Coverware Essentials are eligible for exchanges or returns.
